You did great if you got 95 score! I didn’t do that well in those early days. I started back in July so am still fairly new at this. The first few weeks were pretty tough as I was using a full face mask and had trouble stopping all the leaks a FFM can give the user. I was up three or four times a night, getting mad (or trying not to get mad), adjusting the mask, not knowing what the heck I was doing. I was ready to throw the equipment out the window. I found out that I usually had the mask straps cranked too tight to stop leaks. Most people make that mistake and gradually I learned.

I am a mouth breather, but find myself now happily getting easy, perfect seals using either ResMed’s pillow or nasal masks on the new N30i or P30i that has the lighter headgear. I do use a chin strap to keep my mouth closed. The sleep therapy WILL work for you. The point is, don’t give up. I have to admit that it was one of the hardest things I’ve done. I’m now feeling better than I have in probably two, three years. Have energy again and a new optimism. Millions of people have been down the same road as you are, just stick with it. This forum can help you stay on track and get you through the early days of therapy. 8) .

Wow I appreciate the encouragement. I did throw the mask off in frustration for about 10 minutes then got back on track.
Second night tonight I won't be checking email on my phone when I wake up to urinate this is another reason I don't sleep well.

Got a 98 last night my 'mask off' went from 0/5 to 3/5.
Is it possible for me to read the data on the SD card and get some more details? Any good links on how to do this ?

You can use OSCAR if you want to and you can see lots of details.

Decided to wash my mask and hose for the first time. Guess I didn't get it put back together the same as before. I have always had a 20/20 for mask seal but got a 18/20 last night. Something didn't feel right I will make some adjustments tonight

When I wash our masks, I remove the cushion, but leave the rest of the mask together. That way, I don't change the headgear adjustments. I only wash the hose when one of us is getting over an illness. As long as neither of us are sick, I see no reason to wash the hoses.

Got my mask adjusted to the right place I think.
Started to lift the mask a little to scratch my nose rather than take it off completely and pause the machine.

Scored a 100 in the myAir app for the first time. Hope this app is accurate.

I've been doing good the last few months. Actually great. Had a problem with my machine making noise and changed the filter and it solved the problem. Filter didn't look dirty but hadn't been changed in a few months.

Last night I started hearing myself breathing. Not sure if it's a issue with the tube or the mask/cushion. Any thoughts on this? I ordered a new tube this morning. Still got 7 hours on it last night but it's a little annoying.

I some times get a little noise when the water reservoir is not properly seated.
