ResMed Air Sense 10 CPAP Issues

Post by Winkie » Sat Apr 18, 2020 3:07 pm

Hi,

Some nights my machine will stop recording my sleeping time and when I press the start button the machine will not change the previous time immediately. Has anyone else had these issues? If so, how did you solve them?

Thanks,

Lee

The machine only erases the previous day's data at Noon every day. Daily data is stored in the machine but does not show on the screen after Noon.

True for the S9 models but not the AirSense/AirCurve models. I just now checked and my data from last night is still showing on My Report and it's 5:15 PM central time..and the clock is correct on the machine.

The data displayed on my Airsense 10 resets around 1 pm on my machine and the previous night's data vanishes. I often sleep after 1 pm before "night," so the display for the day reflects use from 1 pm today until 12:59 pm tomorrow.

If you can get tp the screen for Sleep Results, I believe it has options to show 1 day use, 1 month, 6 month, and 1 year use, and perhaps some other smaller intervals, on a drop down menu.

Hi,

Reference question on Apr 18, 2020, what I meant to say my CPAP machine sometimes stops recording while I am sleeping. I am not talking about retrieving the data. For example, I sleep an estimated four hours and the machine shows 1.25 hours. Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks,

Winkie

No. People don't experience that unless they are sleeping past 12 PM Noon per the machine clock.
You might check your machine clock and make sure it is correct.
Otherwise not much you can do about it and certainly nothing you can do to fix a machine that isn't recording properly.
