Oscar debug information at bottom of screen

Post by babybear » Sat May 09, 2020 3:25 pm

Hello

I just loaded Oscar on my new computer. There is about 30 lines of sentences that have the words below at the bottom of my screen when I view my daily view and other information. Can someone tell me how to get rid of this information that I do not need or understand. It is driving me crazy!!! :?

This is just a portion of them to show what I am talking about:
00000: Debug: Started logging thread
00000: Debug: OSCAR starting Sat May 9 17:17:58 2020
00000: Debug: APP-NAME: "OSCAR"
00000: Debug: APP-PATH: "C:/Program Files/OSCAR"
00000: Debug: Trying "C:/Program Files/OSCAR/Translations/oscar_qt_fr.qm"
00000: Debug: APP-RESOURCES: "C:/Program Files/OSCAR"
00000: Debug: OSCAR 1.1.0+e4d5a0d8 (winnt x86_64)
00000: Debug: Built with Qt 5.12.8 on Apr 17 2020 14:08:08
00000: Debug: system locale date format "dddd, MMMM d, yyyy"

Thank you in advance for your time.

That's the "Debug Pane." You can turn it off (or on) with the menu item Help/Troubleshooting/Show Debug Pane.

Normally the debug pane is turned off and can only be turned on by that menu item.
