Some of those large leaks were so deep in large leak territory the machine might have just missed them.

Try again in the regular autoset mode tonight and lets hope the leaks aren't quite so bad. This time try 10 cm minimum.

Also...can you omit the mask pressure graph and instead show the flow limitation graph? No need to redo these reports though.
I don't think it would have missed any apneas, quite possibly missed some hypos though, and certainly wouldn't have been able to tell what kind of an apnea it was if it'd detected any, but that's just a guess :)

Sorry for the radio silence - I did some bozoid things - night 1) forgot to unlock the SD card 2) forgot to change the minimum pressure.

So here's last night. I know from reading the boards it's not good, but it's good for me. Also - I can tell that I woke up having slept a bit with my mouth open towards the end (which is not my norm)

I've already lost a bunch of weight from the RNY, but there's not a whole lot o' fittin' to the bella fx nasal pillow mask with loops. But, thanks!

FYI....locking the SD card isn't needed for any machine except the ResMed S9.
The S9 is the only machine out there that has a problem with the file that some operating systems put on the SD card and that's why the need to lock to the SD card. To prevent our computers from putting that little text file on our SD cards. None of the other brands or models even care.
