CPAP filters
CPAP filters
So I am thinking about buying Aqulius Medical CPAP filters for my AirSense10. The price compared to the ones you get from the local medical supplier is almost too good to be true. Has anyone had any experience buying non original equipment manufacture filters.

Found the Aqulius 52 for $14 on Amazon, but for the same price you can buy 60.

These are the ones I bought and they fit fine. They are hypoallergenic. The Aqulius brand say "medical" but they don't say hypoallergenic, so they may be the coarser version that is not hypoallergenic, similar to what comes with the machine.
Funny how the one distributor says 52 lasts a year, yet the other distributor says 60 lasts 2 years. There's no standardization in the sales platform of so many things on Amazon.
It depends on whether you prefer the finer filter of the hypoallergenic or the coarser filter.

Re: CPAP filters
I buy them on ebay for about $9 dozen. I use 2 or 3 a year. Resmed say to change filters every 6 months..sooner if needed. Mine are still clean at 6 months.
