On paper the data looks okay for the most part.
Any special reason you are using such a tight range?
How are you sleeping and feeling? That's just as important as the numbers.

Have you recently made changes to your pressure or other settings?

Re: How does my CPAP data look? Are my settings OK?
I was at 9-12 but upped it to 10-13 because I was usually having anywhere from 2 to 5, 25-35 second obstructive apnea events. I did not test my spo2 levels but if I have obstructive apneas 30 seconds or more, I am probably experiencing oxygen desaturation of some extent. The data I provided here the longest obstructive apnea was 21 seconds long.
I have a tight range because if I go much higher I start to get aerophagia. If I lower my minimum range value then it takes longer for the machine to adjust to 12-13 cm H2O which seems to be the pressure where the length of the obstructive apneas start taking a big hit.
I only knowingly wake up 1-3 times a night on average. My sleep is good but still have troubles feeling a bit tired when I wake up. I miss the days when I woke up energized as a teen and kid.

Re: How does my CPAP data look? Are my settings OK?
Ahhhh. I understand. You want the machine to make you feel like you did when you were a kid. I don't know how old you are but there's a good chance you wouldn't feel that way even if you didn't have sleep apnea.
I wanted the machine to make me a morning person and was disappointed that it didn't and then I realized I never was a morning person and I was wanting the machine to do something it really couldn't ever do. It couldn't make me into something I never was even before I ended up on the machine.
I see nothing on your reports that I would change given the aerophagia issues you get with more pressure and it's not urgent that you use more pressure. Would be just trading one maybe problem for a for sure problem.
Do you take any medications of any kind? If so, what?
Do you have any other physical or mental health issues that might impact how you feel during the day?

No medications. All is fine with me. I guess I am not going to feel energized and a morning person. I'm expecting too much. CPAP has done so much for me already. Re: How does my CPAP data look? Are my settings OK?
You know what I did when I realized that I was never going to be that morning person?
I started counting the things that I did see improvement in.
Getting up to pee every hour on the hour with a painfully full bladder....that ended with cpap.
Waking up with a killer morning headache that lasted about 2 hours from lack of oxygen...that ended with cpap.
Waking at 7 AM and desperately needing a nap at 9 AM....that ended with cpap.
Snoring that would rattle the windows and wake me and my husband up...that ended with cpap.
The damage done by untreated apnea wasn't being done to my body anymore so I looked at it like a preventative measure...mainly preventing that heart attack or stroke that came up short and left me a vegetable and a burden to my family.
And finally I realized that while I didn't wake up rearing to go run a marathon.....I no longer woke up feeling like I had just run a marathon and got run over by a bus at the end of the race.

You had it bad. Those hit me hard as I read every line. Glad something called CPAP exists!
