You are going in a direction with PS that I am not comfortable with and wouldn't be doing myself.
If your centrals continue to increase I would back off PS.
Your choice of course. Just watch those centrals whether you think they are arousal related or not.
Even if they are arousal related...that many arousals isn't good either. Trashing sleep quality....trading one problem for another. IMHO.
