My settings on VAuto are 23/16. My average is 20.8/17.2. I have many perfect, no event nights but data demostrates moderate snoring still. Should I just not bother with the snoring (no bedmate to bother?
Have experimented with increased pressure support but just doesn't stop snoring and increases AHI.
AHI less than 1 but still moderate snoring

Re: AHI less than 1 but still moderate snoring
Any chance the hose could be rubbing on something and making some sort of noise that the machine thinks is snoring?
I think that it senses vibrations as well. Some people have figured out that the hose rubbing on something caused snore flagging so they added some padding to the hose and no more snore flagging.
Any chance you have a pet who snores that is up around your head?
I had a pug dog who when he was up next to my head and liked to place his chin on my shoulder next to my neck, I would get a lot of snore flagging but when he slept down by my back I never got any snore flagging.
One day I noticed the vibrations and made a correlation to the vibrations that I felt along with the snore sound and sure enough the machine flagged snores at the beginning of the night when I was wide awake and it was the dog who was snoring.
Anyway...as long as I was getting nice low numbers, and sleeping well and feel good during the day then I wouldn't worry about it.

I doubt it given the graphs. My new puppy doesn't snore and sleeps in crate 15 feet away. The snoring increases with flow limitations.

I wouldn't worry about it.
Especially since it isn't disturbing your sleep and trying to reduce it with more pressure creates a slight problem.
That's not bad snoring at all....I would classify that as very minor. It seems to sort of cluster a bit...probably related to REM where it's normal for OSA to worsen.
Google "sleep stages" and look at the normal hypnograms and compare the normal pattern for REM stage sleep and compare to your episodes of a bit of increased snoring.
If that were my report....and it didn't wake me up and I was sleeping decently and feeling decent....I wouldn't even give it a second thought.
