When I was stationed in Alaska, there was a sign above the urinal that said: "Those with short stacks or low manifold pressure stand close".

Welcome to the internet, we'll be your guides.

In all seriousness, many threads slightly deviate into a little bit of no-harm humor. I apologize for hijacking your thread.

You are, of course, correct; Dreamwear is the best and anyone who says otherwise is clearly incapable of forming a well thought out and empirically based opinion.

Update: for the past 3 nights, during the 3am hour (hence why I'm posting this at 4am), the mask seal has completely broken and I can't seem to get it to sit right on my fact after that. I'm hoping the Padacheek mask liners will help. I've tried tightening the straps to where it's slightly uncomfortable at first, and still at 3am I basically don't have a mask on.

I

Hi TinyAwesome,

I'm a dreamwear fan too.

Sorry to hear you can't get a seal. :(
I wouldn't recommend over tightening, the best thing about this mask is the comfort - no need to sacrifice that. Make sure there are no oils on your face or on the cushion or arms and just go for a nice flexible seal.

I remember in the beginning having a learning curve about positioning the vent at the top to make it quiet and just other "fiddling" that I do subconsciously now.

I often use both hands and pinch eachside of the mask on the arms and then let the cushion settle in place and then let go simultaneously.
Began XPAP May 2016. Autoset Pressure min. 8 / max 15. Ramp off. ERP set at 2. No humidity. Sleepyhead software installed and being looked at daily, though only beginning to understand the data.

just wanted to say +1 on this. i like your phrasing. and this is universal, i think, to masks in general.
