Airsense 10 data reporting schedule?

Post by cpap450 » Sat Mar 28, 2020 4:52 pm

When does the Airsense 10 "report" its collected overnight data so results are available on the app or web?

My sense has been that it's the first quarter-hour 61-75 minutes after the last mask removal. For example, take off the mask from 7:00-7:14, the report will happen at 8:30; take mask off 7:15-7:29, the report will be 8:45, and so on.

Related question: This morning - 3/28 - it was more than two hours from when I removed the mask to when the report was available. Most of the times I checked my phone, it just said "no data," but once the site said something like the server wasn't available. Did others experience the same thing?

An interesting read, although I find it odd that there's not a hard, algorithmic answer to when Airsense - or any machine - reports data. I'd have to think there's something baked into the software/firmware that tells it when to report.

This morning, I had my report about 90 minutes after mask off. It didn't show up at the first quarter-hour I'd have expected it, but was there at the next. And that's without unplugging the machine, or any other intervention on my part. Just business as usual.

All the MyAir data and MORE are on your screen's Sleep Report the minute you wake up. (assuming the "Essentials" is changed to Plus on the settings menu).

Hmm, I did not know that. But my "Essentials" was already "Plus."

It's not that big a deal, just a curiosity. I do like to have my report accessible from a computer or phone though, versus having to be at the CPAP unit to get the information.
