Thank you, Pugsy. I’ve turned EPR off for now. Will let everyone know tomorrow if it has any effect on centrals. BTW, I fixed and reposted the readings from Oscar. Hopefully it’s correct format now.

Your report image is good enough for me. I see all I need to see.
I don't hold out much hope for turning off EPR helping much but it's something to try and I have seen miracles happen and 1 cm change make a huge difference.

I will cross my fingers for you tonight.

If for some reason you just can't deal with the pressures with no EPR at all....you can change it so that you have EPR during ramp only if you wish.

Last night’s numbers taken from the machine w/EPR OFF: AHI 28.7; Total AI 27.7; Central 26.1

I only lasted 5 hour. EPR seems to make a big difference as far as comfort is concerned.

I can post Oscar summary if desired.

You need to be getting with your doctor about these results....sooner than later. I suspect you are going to be needing a different kind of machine. The one you have isn't designed to deal with the central apneas.
