Encore Pro-Glitch?

Encore Pro-Glitch?

When I do my download from the smartcard, all seems normal, but when I double click on "sleep therapy compliance download", I get the usual box, but the "date range" is greyed out. I have not erased the card. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Just from your description, it sounds like you may be erasing your card each time you download......which will limit your "date range" to the one night only.

Did you run the "Don't erase data after download.reg" program?

In case you haven't and wish to, here's the instructions:

Go to:
C:\Program Files\Respironics\Encore Pro\Utilities

Find the file called: "Don't erase data after download.reg". Do a double-click on it and it will come up with a confirmation box.....click "Yes" and that should keep your card from being automatically erased, but you will still have the option to tell the program whether or not to erase the card after each download (when it prompts you).

Hi--I did run that program when I installed the software a month ago, and I always click "no" when the "erase data?" comes up. Did not have a problem until yesterday...I don't get it.
