If anyone has a soft cervical collar, are you supposed to strap it skin tight to your neck or leave an adequate amount of room?

i wear mine strapped tight as that seems to give me the most support.

Awesome! Let me give that a try. I've been giving myself a lot of extra neck room lately so that may be the issue

Thanks for the great tip! I believe it's been helping the inconsistent leak issue tremendously well. Data from last three nights show it's working better.
