Understanding Oscar Report
As a complete novice and someone who is to meet the Doctor for the first time in one year and three months, (I have a letter to say that I have 27 AHI Moderate Apnoa, so decided to get a travel machine in November and do it myself), can anyone look at my stats and give me any guidance please?

There is little that can be done based on the statistics page you've posted.
However, looking at the graphs available on the Daily tab, can often lead to improved therapy.

Re: Understanding Oscar Report
Medicare/Insurance definition of 'good enough' is an AHI < 5.
There is no shortage of doctors that will declare 'you are doing great' with an AHI < 5.
You have two nights with minimum pressure at 7 which is a good 'starting point' for adjusting adult minimum pressure.
As other have said in order to make construction suggestions as to improvements the daily charts are necessary. Averages don't show important details.

Why even bring that up, since we all know it's not good enough?

And yet, I'm sure hundreds of thousands of people go on suffering without treatment because they didn't meet such arbitrary criteria. I would know - I am one of them.

Well, that's valid, but I'd suggest you make it clear that those arbitrary lines in the sand are really far too out in the surf, I usually say "an AHI of 5 is the rough of equivalent of being poked with a stick every 12 minutes, all night long... there's no way you can get any good rest that way".
