Wow! AHI = 0.0

Post by littlebaddow » Sat Dec 16, 2006 5:59 pm

Sorry if this irritates those of you who have not yet found the optimum treatment regime, but I did my regular weekly check of my stats today and for the first time in 2 years recorded a night with AHI of zero

It was a relatively short night - about 5 hours sleep - and I can't really complain as I average just over 1, but it sure feels good to get a zero, even if it's only once

Congrats on your zero! Don't you wish you knew how to make that happen every night?

Snoredog, if we were all normal what a boring place this would be!

Congrats on that great result.

Haven't achieved that myself ever - would sure be nice to do so & not be dead

We can but hope we are able to keep episodes so low

Cheers

Way to go! I've only been on CPAP for a week, and don't know how well I have been doing yet, but I am sure it's no where near that good.

I didn't think of that
Fortunately, a quick check proves I'm still ticking

Congrats!!!!! Never have had an AHI of 0 but since switching to the Oracle-my AHI has been <3.8 and my AI has been 0 every night. I'll accept these numbers as a step in the right direction
