Just discovered cpaptalk and SleepyHead Oscar
Re: Just discovered cpaptalk and SleepyHead Oscar
Well, I turned ramp off, limited high pressure and upped low pressure. This seems like my sweet spot.
Feels good so far.... sleeping well.
Thank you all for your help!

Good idea!Jas_williams wrote: ↑Mon Dec 30, 2019 9:58 amI it was me I would turn off ramp why wait 30 min to start your treatment, other than that I see no issues and would say sleep with those settings for a week and see how you feel.
Ramp is useful for just getting started, when full therapy pressure is overwhelming.
Once you are comfortable with pressure, ramp is not needed.
