Well, I turned ramp off, limited high pressure and upped low pressure. This seems like my sweet spot.

Feels good so far.... sleeping well.

I it was me I would turn off ramp why wait 30 min to start your treatment, other than that I see no issues and would say sleep with those settings for a week and see how you feel.

Good idea!
Ramp is useful for just getting started, when full therapy pressure is overwhelming.
Once you are comfortable with pressure, ramp is not needed.
