

During this process, I've been able to slowly adjust my bi-pap pressure downward as I got healthier & my AHI is ALWAYS under 1.0 & I feel great & sleep is awesome.
The bi-pap settings have gone from the original prescribed setting of 21 / 15 to my current setting of 13.5 / 9.0.
I'm beginning to wonder if I ought to try straight CPAP with a setting around 11 versus using Bi-pap.
FWIW --- Every time I tried Auto, it was a failure, so that's NOT an option to consider for me
I'm thinking a CPAP setting of 11 with a little EPR to see what happens.
