You are using a nasal pillow interface ... are you leaking air pressure though your mouth (do you wake with dry mouth?)? If yes, that may be part or all of your problem.

It is also possible that your machine is not set correctly ... what is your prescribed pressure?

Finally, you could have been given the wrong prescription based on a faulty sleep lab titration.

Provide a little more info and someone here will be able to help you make it all work. Your machine is a very basic machine and you really need one that will provide you some efficacy data in order to figure out why the treatment is not working for you. Talk to your doctor or equipment provider about upgrading your machine.

Read the many posts on this forum and educate yourself about your illness and treatment. Best of luck and ask lots of questions ... many great folks here willing and able to help you out.

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

Also your body has been misused for a long time, even if we get everything right, sometimes it takes 6 or more months to make up for past damage.

But You must maintain the treatment pressure in your airway, any mouthleaking or excessive mask leaking leads to poor performance. Jim
