Pardon my ignorance but shouldn’t the leak rate be closer to zero?

On a Philips the leak rate includes the intentional leak rate so the leak line on this graph looks very good

Your numbers are very low. If you do not feel well, I would guess it is something else besides sleep apnea.

My guess is that i was getting fragmented sleep with the lower pressure setting and my machine is slow to react to changes. With the higher starting pressures the last week I have been starting to feel pretty good. Yesterday I cut a cord of firewood and worked around the house outside all day and didn't get tired. So even though I still wake up a couple times a night, very briefly, I am feeling better. I get that I won't feel 100% right away, but I feel drastically better.

That's a valid hypothesis.
