Min pressure setting on Resmed 10
Min pressure setting on Resmed 10
Hello all, I am debating upping my minimum pressure setting on my Resmed 10. My max is usually between 14 and 16 (95%). I have set my minimum pressure at 14 and I have had a handful of good nights with my readings, AHI under five. My only concern is 14 seems like a pretty high pressure. I appreciate all input.

14 is not necessarily high..especially if you are having good nights...My minimum is 12.

14 isn't all that high in the grand scheme of things. Why are you concerned?
Did you know there are machines that go to 25 and 30 cm?
And there are people using over 20 cm all night long?

Once you are accustomed to the pressure, it is barely noticeable.
Many have to check if the machine is running.

It's not, I often see pressures over 20.Geoff33 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 12, 2019 8:46 amHello all, I am debating upping my minimum pressure setting on my Resmed 10. My max is usually between 14 and 16 (95%). Try to shoot for an AHI under 2, five is pretty crap.
