Wanted to update everyone. I've had some odd nights where I just wake up on my own around 5 am and just take off my mask and snooze some more until 7 am. Still using the P10 mask.

I feel that there's variances in my AHI but still in safe numbers. Looking at my Resmed app from when i used my autoset, my AHI numbers were always under 2 but above 1(usually 1.1-1.6).

I have a new n30i mask that i want to try. I also want to try increasing the PS to 4. Is now a good time to switch one of these variables or should I keep watching for another week? Which should I switch first, the PS or the mask?

More charts from the last 3 days. Any suggestions on what I should change first? Nasal pillows? PS Level? Reduce ramp up time?

If I were you, I'd raise the min EPAP to a bit over 5; say 5.2 or 5.4.

It also looks like you may have a problem with mouth leaks that you may want to resolve (soft cervical collar, mouth tape, etc.).

And turn off ramp.

Your numbers are pretty darn good, so I would say your comfort at night and your restedness during the day are the main things to be thinking of.

What is your goal in raising PS? That is not clear to me. My guess is that for finding subjective improvement, a new mask would be the better experiment. You are smart not to change two variables at the same time.

on the Vauto what do the settings: ti max, ti min, trigger and cycle accomplish? Can a vauto be set up to work exactly like an auto sense 10?
could one buy a Vauto for use as an auto sense 10 with bi pap features available for the future?

for something simple like the following for an autosense 10: how would you set up a Vauto?
Ramp off
EPR1
starting and min pressure 7
maximum pressure 11

TiMin: Minimum length of IPAP
TiMax: Maximum length of IPAP
Trigger: sensitivity to start IPAP spontaneously
Cycle: Sensitivity to end IPAP spontaneously

Yes, by setting the PS somewhere between zero and 3 inclusive.

MINEPAP 6
PS 1
Max 25 (maximum pressure 11 is just stupid.)

Hello tyrinryan, it'd be good if you started your own thread with your questions about your settings. This will avoid possible confusion and help people help both you and Magungo, the member who started this thread.
