Wondering how my charts look? Help would be appreciated.

Post by sleepbetter » Fri Nov 08, 2019 5:28 pm

Just don't seem to be as rested. Not sure how many charts to post. I just chose these two from recent weeks.
I started in July 2018, 453 nights, with an avg. 2.68 AHI.
Thank You

If you do nothing else, increase your minimum pressure to 8 and maximum pressure to 15

I agree with Lsat. Notice a lot of apnea clusters occur when the machine is maxed out at 9..... trying to treat them. If you bump up your maximum pressure, possibly a several apneas can be eliminated. Let us know if this helps.

Min 8,max 20.

Right now, your settings are preventing the machine from being able to do much to respond.
