I will ask you to redo last night's report. Too many graphs shown on right side and it makes the ones we really need to see too small to evaluate.

See this thread
viewtopic/t158560/How-to-post-images-for-review.html

Need these graphs
Events
Flow Rate
Pressure
Leak

and that's all

And you need more minimum pressure.....probably around 6 or 7.

Last night. Results very similar. Min pressure is definitely an issue IMHO. I would not consider me asleep until about 10:15pm and then I woke up around 4:30 am

I am with you trying to figure all this stuff out. Working on my OSCAR reports and finding the right mask for me. Question though from the ramp. I am using the dreamstation as well, but have not tried the ramp yet. If I understand correctly, the machine is "suppose" to measure if you are asleep or not, and if you are at a lower pressure than the max is set, it will hold at the lower number? I might give the ramp a try, I have just been having a time with leaks, and like the know what the max pressure will feel like before going to sleep.

I agree, min pressure to 7

Not on a dreamstation.

There are 2 ramp options....regular ramp and the ramp that is supposed to be smart enough to know if you are asleep or not. It goes by breathing though...assuming that asleep breathing is a different flow pattern than awake breathing and more most people it is. How accurate this smart ramp might be...anyone's guess.

Read the manual carefully as to what each ramp does. Ramp is limited to the time frame a person chooses to use it or in the case of smart ramp which has a 30 minute time limit I think.
Ramp starts out lower and works up to whatever the minimum pressure setting is (fixed or auto adjusting) and the only time it might stay lower is when the minimum pressure in auto mode is the same as the ramp pressure.

Oh ok, that makes sense! Yeah I might try the ramp tonight to see if I get any better results.
