Cpap cleaning devices? The market is littered with them? Am I missing out?

Post by Ruinednose » Mon Oct 21, 2019 9:48 pm

Call me boring and traditional but I wash my mask, and chamber daily, and other silicone parts weekly and replace hose once a month.
I wouldn't stop doing those things or slow down even if I did have one of these cleaning machines
(some are ozone some Charcoal)

But I would enjoy the extra hygiene I guess, as far as killing bacteria ect...

But now.... Is it snake oil, are these devices all gimmicks?

Are there any that actually work?

Are

Much discussion on the forum about them. Most agree it's "Snake Oil" and the only thing that it cleans is your bank account. Even with the machine, you still have to pre-wash the parts.

Yes, you are missing out, that's a good sign that you are smart, you don't buy into Snake Oil Ad's. Jim
