It'll go dark. I'll try to keep it cold as long as I can by not opening it very often, and try to eat as much of t he food in it before it goes bad. Frozen food particularly should last a few days at least. Then I'll switch to non-perishable food stores.
What are best practices in an extended power outage?

Here is my plan.
I have a small inverter generator that I plan to run ~12 hours per day.
~6 hours to keep the fridge cool in summer or run a space heater in winter
~6 hours to cook, recharge batteries and some comforts like internet/tv.
I keep a litre of engineered gas on hand and I keep my car more than half full.
I'll top off the car and fill my gas can ASAP.
I also have ~600 watt hours of usable battery capacity to run 2 cpap machines and some lighting.
If I stay put I can siphon gasoline from my car if required for the generator.
I also keep drinking water and toilet flushing water.
Since I am type 2 diabetic almost everything I eat is refrigerated.
