OSCAR has a little bug in it that if you download once for a day/night then if you use the machine again during that 24 hour period OSCAR won't show the second session(s).

So you downloaded for today Tues 15 and you still have tonight...you won't be able to see tonight's data unless you purge today's data before you download again.

Nice! I had to go back to RobySue' guide to learn how to do it, but that brought back my missing data from the 11th. Thank you!

Raise both epap and ipap by 1cm and see what that does for a day or two., then repeat, till AHI is lower.
I did as instructed, once. It's lower now. Thank you!
Let it go a couple days, and repeat

I realize the AHI doesn't tell the whole story. I know at least two of these nights, I had significant leaking, one night worse than the other. Maybe that's the story my AHI is telling. I am not adept at understanding the data on the graphs. I guess what I need to know is whether I should leave my settings alone, turn them up, turn them back down, or some fourth thing I haven't even thought of.

The latest one looks almost acceptable, let's see what a few more days do.
