Body automatically swallowing air?

Post by msharaf7 » Sun Oct 20, 2019 12:09 pm

This is my 2nd post related to this. So basically, it feels like my epiglottis is vibrating and it wakes me up right before I fall asleep.

Also, there’s times where I can feel the air actually going into my stomach without me swallowing it or anything. It’s like my body is doing this automatically.

Please can I get some help. I’ve lowered my pressure by about 5-6 so far and it’s helped but it still happens and I’m still so tired

Edit: my IPAP is 18, epap is 15, EPR/Flex is 3. I’ve slightly inclined my bed which helped a little bit. I do suffer from acid reflux but I’ve been on Nexium for a couple years now and I don’t get much heartburn anymore (if at all)
