I already experienced nasal hyperreactivity long before using it and it was of great use in keeping my sinuses open; I was a heavy mouth-breather in my teens, much to my fellow student's enjoyment. For me any downsides to Afrin were a minor consideration vs. the alternatives of mouth-breathing and poor sleep due to being heavily stuffed up or using Benadryl and falling asleep during the day.ChicagoGranny wrote: ↑Wed Oct 16, 2019 3:22 pmThese researchers concluded that long-term use led to ... long-term use.
