The instructions you need are in the very first thread in this forum along with the emphasized message to read before posting.

I think people come here curious and searching, not expecting to join. Later they decide to join and post and no longer consider themselves new to the forum.

Perhaps the forum could automatically send a welcome email with a link to that thread.

One image please. No snippets. The stuff on the left side is important to and needs to be seen in conjunction with the graphs.

See above link for format examples.

Your leaks are bad. Really bad and alone enough to seriously disturb sleep and probably therapy effectiveness.

Your machine has a clock that you need to set to your local time. It's probably off and that explains the times looking weird.

Don't worry so much about the format or even the settings at this point.

In fact, minimize your worries as best you can because your primary job right now is to get comfortable with the mask and machine and actually get some sleep.

If you don't sleep none of this matters. Gotta get the sleep first...worry about little tweaks later.

Practice using the machine while watching TV or reading or whatever....anytime you aren't under the gun to fall asleep.
This will help the brain get used to the "normal" way of doing things.

oh! so very close, my man. but you'll get there in the end. try this-

Suggested Support Order for your charts
Event Flags
Flow Rate
Pressure
Leak Rate
Flow Limit (Only for Resmed machines, not on Respironics)

you have given us too much information. try ONLY the events listed above. keep practicing and look on your screen before uploading. please don't become discouraged. you should've seen how many times palerider had to yell at me before i got it right!

for all intents and purposes, oscar and sleepyhead are the same program. oscar grew out of sleepyhead. so it's the same, but as we go forward, the current developers will improve it so it's even better.

continued good luck. you got this.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

So, I made the second organize page, with a lot of input from someone who passed away.

I, and many other people, think it's very straightforward and easy to follow. "do these things, in this order, until your page looks like THIS"

Where are you getting completely lost, and what would help you not to get lost?

PR was referring to the page layout of your post, not the results. There are very good reasons for wanting things displayed in a certain way. It provides the most important data to help YOU.
