How to attach a file

I thought it was simply drag and drop. But it appeared to drag a bunch of other things. Then I tried to copy and paste into this one. No luck.

So, will you help me with attaching a file.

-Click POST REPLY
-Look NEAR THE BOTTOM OF YOUR REPLY BOX
-Click ATTACHMENTS TAB
-Click ADD FILES
-Navigate to your file
-Click on your file
-Make sure your cursor is in the REPLY BOX at the position you want your attachment to appear
-Click PLACE INLINE
-Click PREVIEW
-Click SUBMIT (or DELETE to start over)
