I wish I had time to organize my thoughts and questions but time is short-other than to say:
1. I'm asking ResScan for a 30 day Compliance report and it is stuck on some date in 2015. How do I get it to produce a current report for last 30 days, if that is possible? Much of the old data was created on another machine starting in 2010, but it appears to be OK. It is being read by Oscar.
2. Leaks and AHI are horrible. Been this way for several years and I've got to improve them. I really dug into ResScan in early years but its even more critical now.
3. I've got an appointment with the Cardiologist Wednesday who is aware that I have sleep apnea. We've never really addressed it. But with a Pacemaker (PM) and a number of heart problems, it's
imperative I get him up to date on figures from ResScan and see what if anything he will advise. I'm hoping that by comparing tracings from my PM and from ResScan, he might notice something of interest in addition to my medical history that he has.
A. Mild stroke and sudden loss of hearing in right ear
B. Heart cath in 2005 to determine effects of surgery for prostate cancer. No problems in this area.
4. DME guy, quite knowledgeable, is working closely with me and is anxious to help.
5. I'm carefully reading "ResScan Report Interpretation Guide." I think I've read it before, dated June, 2011, but its partially new to me as memory loss is a problem.
I'll try to get organized as time goes by, but if you can get me jump-started on ResScan right quick that would be a great help.
I'll try to outline my medical situation in greater detail soon. I'll add this observation: "I still remember how God-awful I would feel around 1:00PM in biology class in 1952. I'd be so sleepy I could hardly stand it."
Bear with me as you have done with so many others over the years. Thanks!
Oldern

Get OSCAR
Accounts to put on the foe list: dataq1, clownbell, gearchange, lynninnj, mper!?, DreamDiver, Geer1, almostadoctor, sleepgeek, ajack, stom, mogy, D.H., They often post misleading, timewasting stuff.

Re: Horrible Leaks and terrible AHI
If you are wanting to use ResScan you have to choose a different report than the 30 day compliance report. That report goes way back but isn't current as you have found out. It's designed to show proof for insurance to pay and not what is going on now.
You have to choose a different kind of report. It defaults to the 30 day compliance report.
PITA.
It appears you have to change report types prior to being in the patient profile window where you click on 'report".

Re: Horrible Leaks and terrible AHI
Having horrible luck trying to get my post submitted. I might ought to wait a day or two and start all over.
1. The 30 day compliance report came up inadvertently as I was doing something. The way it happened made me think something had happened to the ResScan program. Definitely scratch that. I was worried about my data-afraid that ResScan might do something to it.
2. "Where's the data?" Reminds me of, "Where's the Beef?" I just simply have not had time to pick back up again. Will do soonest!
3. I did want to post the one image of a graph showing the number of Apneas and Hypopneas. Have you seen worse?
4. My goal is to enlist the cardiologist's aid and advise. DME suggested asking him to request a Titration study. Will definitely do that.
5. Looks like reducing leaks is job one! My Neurologist now practices in a neighboring town so I won't be able to visit with him unless something comes up. If you have any comments on that particular aspect, let me hear them.
6. I've got several (low key at the present) heart problems so it seems to me that close cooperation with and advice from the cardiologist is essential!
Now, from my data: What report (or reports) would you like to see? I have them in Oscar as well as in ResScan. Which would you prefer? Both?
All (any) comments will be appreciated.
If any of you have any special reading to suggest, tell me.

Re: Horrible Leaks and terrible AHI
You need to fix the leaks first.
Your leaks are so bad that the machine can't maintain enough pressure to hold your airway open and prevent the apnea events from happening.
So first priority no matter what you do......figure out what to do about the leak situation. Until you do that your AHI is going to be in the toilet and there is no way to know if prescribed pressures would even work.
Have I seen worse? Not lately.
