Increasing REM sleep

Post by Wantok » Wed Sep 18, 2019 5:17 pm

Any suggestions besides melatonin or pink noise to increase REM? I'm using marijuana to sleep and it is definitely helping but decreases REM, I have heard. Thanks.

The best way to improve your quality of sleep including REM sleep is to reset your circadian rhythm.
