If you haven't done so already - please take the AWAKETOGETHER Survey. http://bit.ly/2zarpr3
Following up on topics of interest we discovered through last year’s survey. We’re taking a deeper dive into patient’s experiences with sleep apnea diagnosis and treatment, symptom improvement, the healthcare system, and more. Raise your voice for better treatment and care by taking this 15-minute survey.

The AWAKETOGETHER Summit is just one day away!
Once again we will pursue our in-depth exploration of sleep apnea patient experiences. The meeting will demonstrate the value of a ground-breaking multi-disciplinary team approach from diagnosis to treatment coordination. The patient panels, live in-person and online participant polling, sleep apnea expert presentations, a keynote speaker, and group discussions will consistently show the value of deeper collaboration between patients, researchers and health care professionals.
These are all the reasons why we are so proud to offer you live streaming of the event on September 19.
