You can click and drag the different graphs around.
Also you can turn off unneeded graphs and let the flow limitation graph move up into the viewing area.
See the arrow at bottom of the lower right of the graphs where it says Event flags....click on the little arrow to expand the menu and look for mask pressure...click on it to turn it to red/black and it will be hidden from view and the FL graph might just move up into viewing area. You don't need 2 pressure graphs (the mask pressure graph line and the regular pressure graph line). In your situation the regular pressure line is the most useful so show it and hide the mask pressure graph.
You could also omit/hide the snore graph at this stage of the evaluation. It's not very exciting. You aren't doing a lot of snoring.
You can always unhide the graphs by going back to this same area and just clicking on the graph to change it back to green/black.
But based on what I see with the numbers on your FL statistics section. I don't think the FL graph is going to be wildly ugly.
Usually ugly FL graphs have much higher numbers than you are having.

I'm also wondering if I should be messing around with my settings now because I have a 3 month follow-up sleep test on the 18th where I bring my own mask and hose.

Out of curiosity what is your AHI untreated? I can only pray for numbers so low.

Glad your fine-tuning is working for you. Later on, if you want to try another tweak, you could set EPR to 3 and see whether that increased your comfort and/or decreased your FLs. But you’re doing great just as you are!

My initial sleep test back in the spring had me at 39 for AHI.
My wife said I snored a lot and then got silent (stopped breathing?)
Now she says she doesn't hear a peep from me.
Anyways, I do feel a lot better than pre cpap days.

It reduces pressure upon exhale -1cm per level.
I wish I had your FL's. (consistently)

Flow limitations are partial restrictions somewhere in your airway that limit the amount of air you get when you breathe in. They are often caused by relaxation of muscles that keep the airway all the way open, but they can also be caused by e.g. swollen tissues inside your nose.
These FLs can do two things. One is to drive pressure changes, especially on a ResMed machine, and the pressure changes can cause some people to sleep less deeply. The other thing they can do is to make you work harder to breathe in, and over a night, the effort can leave some people feeling more tired than they otherwise would.
Your FLs are somewhat on the frequent side, but as jimbud indicates, they are not by any means awful. They may make zero difference to the quality of your sleep. But increasing EPR can sometimes reduce them, so it’s just a little tweak to keep in the back of your mind. You are doing very well, and I wouldn’t suggest changing anything right now—just let it all settle in.
