Why the wake ups and breaks in therapy?
How are you sleeping and feeling?
You probably need a little more pressure to bring down the number of hyponeas. Any special reason you are using a fixed pressure?

Your machine is set to perform as a CPAP machine. I would suggest a minimum pressure of 14 and max of 20 to see where the machine needs to go.

Your machine is the AirSense 10 AutoSet.
It has 2 modes of operation
1....fixed cpap mode which it is set at now at 12 cm...it does NOT auto adjust in this mode. It uses 12 cm all night long no matter what happens
2....AutoSet mode or apap mode....auto adjusting pressure mode....it can do it but it's not set to this mode right now.

Whomever set your machine up for you set it specifically for these settings...these aren't the default settings.
So I assume there was some sort of reasoning behind it.

So no..it's not auto adjusting the pressures right now but it could be set to do that and if so it would very likely auto adjust upwards a little and do a better job preventing those hyponeas.
So you need to either use more fixed pressure (13 or 14) or maybe set it over to auto mode and let the machine sort it out.
If that is what you want to do...12 minimum and 20 max and see what happens.
Hyponeas are normally fairly easy to kill with just a little bit more pressure. Probably wouldn't take much.

Are you of an age where the prostate might be a factor in needing to go pee during the night?

prostate cancer last year . it's been removed . thanks for looking at my chart and trying to help . did make 4 nights where I didn't have to get up to go pee though so hoping for a few more of those . I look at those hi/low settings or just change to auto mode .

The problem is that your Autoset is set to a fixed pressure of 12...during the night, your machine may want to go higher than 12 to stop events...it can't. Change from CPAP to Auto and make the min pressure 12 and max pressure 20. (Maybe add EPR at 2)

See where it says "Pap mode: CPAP" on the report you posted?
