Need help interpreting Oscar data

Post by Escapee » Mon Sep 02, 2019 9:32 pm

I have posted a screen shot of my CPAP usage for the last week. I feel like it is getting better. My AHI was 36 before treatment. I was hoping some of the experts here can look at my stats and provide me some feedback. Thanks!

You may want to post your daily screenshots.

Good job.
Now you need to lay out your screen shot like this.
screenshot-20190903-090551.png
This information will give the experts on here some meat to digest. :D

Just noticed that you have a different machine than I.
So you will not have the Flow limit graph.
The other four will get the job done.

Remember to get rid of the calendar. (click in the rectangle with the date in it)
They may or may not want you to get rid of the pie chart.
They will let you know.

Definitely do whatever Pugsy asks.
She is the best.
You are now in great hands. :D

Oh, by the way it helps if you will keep future posts on this thread.
Will keep everything together, so experts can see past posts and not have to repeat questions.
It is not a rule just a logical request. :)

One boring minute out of 55 minutes.
How come only 55 minutes?

Please click on the 55 minute segment at the bottom left corner of that screenshot to turn it off, so that we see last night, without all the whitespace after your nap.

Excellent, that makes it easier to interpret... less scrunched, you know. Thank you. :)

I think I'd bump the min pressure up a cm... see if you can't get more smooth sleep... all those sharkfins between 23:00 and midnight means that the machine thinks that was great, smooth, peaceful sleep... we like to see those on Respironics machines.
