Looking for new machine that works in Europe

Both of my machines are getting old, an S8 VPAP Auto and a M-Series BiPAP Auto. I have a few overseas trips coming up (Berlin, London, Tokyo), and I am thinking about getting a more modern machine that I can trust will work on European and Japanese power, as well as having DC options (including humidifier) for camping here in the US. Anyone have any suggestions?
