Anybody else think theres some causation factor?
In the mornings, my agitation is a bit high for a good half hour, probably because my
BIPAP pressures are high. All that howling wind down your pipe, seems possible
that it would damage your digestive system?
I notice that if I eat something about an hour later, it re-agitates me, (chests tightness,
shortness of breath, and just generally hyped up and feeling like i just drank a pot of coffee)
At first, I considered that it could be a GLUTEN intolerance, and I am pursuing this avenue of testing.
But this morning, I ate a can of unsweetened apple sauce and it did the same thing to me.
Thanks for any help.

Maybe it's killing yourself from the 1,000 cuts of untreated Sleep Apnea causing your problems, but treated correctly Sleep Apnea, NO!

What are your "high" Bipap settings? The wind doesn't howl down your digestive track. Have you had an endoscopy lately?

First, the large text is annoying.
Second, there's no "howling wind down your pipe".
If there were, you'd be blowing up like a balloon, and then *BANG* red mess all over the ceiling and walls.
Everybody that gets into these (harmful) exaggerations about the air from the cpap fails to think through "where does this alleged 'howling' wind *go*?
Fact is, it's just a tiny amount of pressure, not even enough to blow up a balloon, that keeps your airway open so that your lungs can move air in and out.

You could have a hypo or hyperglycemic problem... check with your MD.

Possibly, but I don't know what it is.
q: What do you think is the causation factor?
q: Can you quantify your agitation?Patriot Partner wrote: ↑Thu Aug 29, 2019 9:34 amIn the mornings, my agitation is a bit high for a good half hour, probably because my

q: If you can't quantify it, can you characterise it?
q: What is your baseline agitation?
q: Why do you think its probably caused by high BIPAP pressures?
q: What level of agitation are you experiencing right now?
Re: Apnea / Leaky Gut/ Agitation/ Connection ?
It's interesting, actually... I've loaned an Autoset to a friend who's known she's had sleep apnea all her life, but never got around to getting treated...
Last night, after her third night (and an AHI of 0.69 for seven and a half hours)... she said
"I've been thinking of a way to describe how I feel, and the best I can do is I feel "calmer." Is that silly?, Is that common?"
So, maybe OP's problem is poorly treated apnea, not pressure.
