Noisy when side sleeping

Post by ecmacman12 » Thu Aug 01, 2019 7:14 am

Hello,

I've noticed when I shift to side sleeping at night from my back, it is noisy. It is not very noisy when I am sleeping on my back, though.

Does anyone know what I might do to decrease the noise when side sleeping?

My leak rate for last night was in the normal range.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Welcome to the forum.

It would be helpful if we knew what "it" was?
Where is the noise coming from?
And what equipment you are using.

Are you sure it's not the CO2 exhaust from the mask blowing on your pillow or sheets? When you are on your back, the exhaust blows up and won't blow on anything.

Thank you! I use a ResMed 10, and I believe the noise is coming from my nasal cradle mask when move from back sleeping to side sleeping.

My leak rate for last night was in the normal range overall, so I wonder if I just need to get used to the noise.

I think that may be it!
