First 30 days - help

Post by jstapel1 » Mon Jul 22, 2019 7:00 pm

Hi all. New here. My sleep study showed me with an ahi of 32.5. Titrated to a pressure of 10. My apap is set to 4-14. My ahi seems hi and I am still tired all day. Any help would be appreciated

welcome to the zoo!

more than likely, you are going to want to raise your minimum pressure to 6 or even 7. but we will need to see more data from you.

tell you what...follow the links i have at the bottom of my post. the newbie link will talk about sleepyhead software. but for now, substitute the oscar software i have in my other link. at this juncture, they are pretty much the same.

start gathering data and post some oscar charts. then the experts here (i ain't one!) can offer helpful suggestions.

good luck!
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

If it was my chart I'd have min 9 max 20 and review. You may need a touch more min
