Hi All - Happy to report after a few months into this Newbie is really experiencing positive results! Not without struggles but thankfully learning I am not alone or weird due to the information on this site.

Just started using Sleepyhead this week (and a Chin Strap), and last night was my first using a Dreamweaver Pillow (been using my Resmed Pillow). Comment: Noticeable comfort improvement since using the Chin Strap this week. Was really getting used to Resmed pillow and making progress but after just one night with the Dreamweaver - WOW (comfort, no hose entanglement, etc.).

ANY observations, comments or questions about my Sleepyhead chart results would be appreciated and are gladly accepted!!!

My immediate questions:

1. Why did my AHI spike last night as compared to recent prior nights?
2. On the Bar Chart, not quite sure what the new four red sections July 9-12 are indicating?
3. I can hear a very light hissing sound coming from the tube to the mask connector - I believe this is normal but thought I'd ask.

As always, Thank you - Thank You - THANK YOU!!!

Just curious if you've ever tried a soft cervical collar that would keep your head up and airway open better, plus jaw closed, if you think it might apply (head falling onto chest, etc), smoothing out the flow.

Thank you Julie - no I have never tried or thought of using one. I'll look into it.
