I think I'm going to leave it on CPAP at my titrated pressure (9) for a few weeks, then try a week or two in APAP w. a range of 9-12 and see if it gives different results.

One other thing you might consider is to manually adjust your CPAP pressure upwards, 1 cm at a time, for about a week at a time, and see what that does to your numbers (rather than using APAP mode).
