new mask!

Post by Kapow4000 » Fri Dec 01, 2006 3:57 pm

After 9 nights of not sleeping well I called my provider and am trying a new mask tonight. Any tips/hints/suggestions regarding this type of mask?

Out of the three masks I've used, it leaks the least. What pressure are you using and explain what troubles. You maybe mouthbreathing, if so check the light bulb or search for a cure or go Full Face Mask. Jim

Thanks Jim. I previously had the CL2 and could just not get comfortable with it. I am on a pressure of 14.

With a pressure of 14 you may need to stay with a full face mask ... unless you like to tape you mouth shut while you sleep

HC 432 or 431
UltraMirage Full Face

... and I think Somnotech is suppose to be comming out with early next year.
