New Hybrid Headgear

Yesterday I called up Teleflex and asked about the new headgear coming out since I have been having problems with mine. The woman explained that there was a new design out and I could order it. I asked why I should need to order one when the one I have doesn't work right. She connected me to another person and he explained that the "new" head gear had a different way of attaching to top strap across the head and they are still working on one with improved side straps. Anyway, he is sending a semi-improved one at no charge. Didn't hurt to ask... When it arrives I'll post a pic and review.

Thanks RV. keep us posted. I was one of the lucky ones who got the "trial"
headgear. It is very nice. It is very close to the HC431 headgear. Since its just a stamped out piece of fabric covered neoprene, I have no idea why the very long delay...
