The second image is how Pugsy asked for it in the "How to post images for review" thread. I added the first one because it showed an average of how many hours I have slept, and the third one because it had a very clear chart for what my AHI has been. I can delete both of these if they are not wanted of course.

I think so too. Sleep hygiene is probably the biggest culprit. My current therapist is taking a holistic approach with me and wants to tackle all these small things one by one. He has also indicated me to someone that might help with certain supplements.Jay Aitchsee wrote: ↑Mon May 20, 2019 3:29 pm
I think if you follow through on the above suggestions with your planned actions you will begin to feel much better. Most of these suggestions come under the heading of sleep hygiene, but I think if you searched for remedies for depression you would find very similar suggestions. Depression is often associated with fatigue and poor sleep is often associated with depression. Kind of a viscous circle. As you said, some of the suggestions are a little difficult to implement. Poor habits have to be broken and new ones put into place. It takes work. But if you put forth the effort, I think you'll find it worth it. Lay out a plan and get to it.

I tried (and still have it) a full mask, but it was difficult to sleep with. I am a belly sleeper and it happened almost every night that I would wake up with my mask shifted and letting out air. I rarely have this problem with the nasal mask, as it is much smaller and easier to use with how I sleep. I believe that if you will review what Pugsy asks for, (viewtopic/t158560/How-to-post-images-for-review.html) you'll find that the respiration rate and snore chart aren't in what she wants, the RR chart conveys nothing helpful, and the snore chart is reflected in the flags. having those extra two charts just squishes up the others, which she really dislikes.
I'm not trying to speak for others, but when people say "please review the requested format" or something to that effect, that should be a hint that what you're doing doesn't match up... then saying that you're already doing what's requested, instead of .... reviewing it and changing... will make some people not want to bother trying to help you, since it's very frustrating trying to help someone and getting lots of push back whenever changes are suggested.
There's a never ending queue of people wanting help, and a finite amount of time to help them. So naturally, those that are apparently more willing to be cooperative tend to get the most attention and help.

I sincerely apologize. I formatted it exactly how I did 8 months ago in my last thread about this and Pugsy was the one who helped me throughout it. I figured, as she didn’t mention anything about how I posted it, that it was correct. I took out the things I could take out mentioned in her thread. The RR and the snore chart are the last two and I couldn’t take them out, maybe it’s because of my screen resolution that simply shows more. If for some reason I can't then I will ask for something different. I also will be a lot more lenient with newbies because they are still trying to come to grips with all this stuff.
You don't really remove the snore and resp rate graphs...you just adjust the size of the other graphs so that those 2 graphs get pushed down out of sight.
Though in this situation the size of the graphs as is....is acceptable for my needs. Someone else...might not be acceptable. We all have our own little quirks about how we like to see stuff.
Overall my general impression is the cause for your fatigue is unlikely anything that tweaking the cpap machine will fix.
Session times stands out a bit though...not so much the times but the fragmentation.
Fragmented sleep is a big killer of sleep quality. How come the fragmentation? Any special reason?
Have a lot of awakenings where you just lay there for a bit and don't turn the machine off???

That's really easy, just use the mouse to grab the bottom of each chart, and drag it to make it a little bigger.
