I had a zero night this week, too! Cant say I felt better than the nights its below 1 but still pretty cool :D
I agree with you. Not a notable difference. I have only been using the Resmed for a week, but I have been .5 or below on it. It is a keeper!
I am one of those people who never really could tell much difference at all with low to 0 AHI nights or higher AHI nights.
In fact one of my very best "days" in terms of how I felt that day followed a night with an AHI of 10.3. Go figure that one.
I use to joke that the only nights I would ever see 0.0 was when I didn't sleep at all and we all know what we feel like with no sleep.

There's simply more to feeling the good numbers than just getting them. I wish it were easy to feel them because getting low numbers is the easy part....feeling them is a whole different story for any number of reasons.

I think that I can tell a difference if I get above 2, but it has been awhile since I have been above 2 thanks to this extremely helpful bunch of folks

I too feel worse if my AHI is above 1.5-2 ish... but it's been a long time since it was over 1.

My treatment remains effective. I am averaging a 1.08 AHI since Sept. 2018. I feel good and am not tired and in a brain fog like I was prior to treatment. I have noticed that my flow limit chart remains very active and what I consider high. Should I be concerned about it? I have posted a chart from last night below. It is very typical night. I still wake up frequently (3-4 times a night), but I believe it from pain mostly. If I need to work on my flow limits, what action would you recommend?

Thank you,

Are you experiencing any or much nasal congestion? That can account for an increase in FLs and more pressure won't help much if any.

Not really, at least no more than normal. If I have any congestion it clears quickly one I start using the APAP. My flow limit chart has looked like this since I switched from Respironics to ResMed machine. Of course I couldn't see my flow limits on the Respironics
machine, but I suspect they were similar.
