Fingertip 24 hr oximeter for iPhone

Post by Macintosh » Sat May 18, 2019 1:30 pm

I am looking for an overnight oximeter that is compatible with Macintosh software and there seems to be only one option. I have read that it will not work with 12+ OS. Does anyone use this? It is Kenek Edge. Thank you.

Never heard of them, however there are a lot of electronics I haven't heard of... but I'm really not sure you can use a phone app to do an overnight oximetry properly, if at all, especially one with e.g. an alarm, data, etc. etc.

But if you do a forum search on oximeters, you should find the pulse oxis used most here (I just can't access my own stuff at the moment, but the search should help).

Are you looking for something for the iphone, or for the mac? (your subject line and post don't agree).

Maybe the Oura ring is something for you. It’s not an oximeter, but it measures respiratory rate amongst other things. It designed to measure sleep quality, so it also measures other things. The data is send to your phone.
