I think the provider & doctor registering is different than the user side. What hours usage does it show?
About 6 hours on the main screen with two happy faces.

What does the run hours show? This isn't the same as usage hours.
Run hours are in the menu where the clock and calendar are.

Here's the clinical/provider manual. Different from the user manual.

Hmmmm...very briefly used by someone else and apparently registered to that someone else before given to you or else you wouldn't have received the message from My Air.

I expected some run hours...didn't expect only 3. Your DME needs to cancel the other person off this machine (they go by machine serial number) and re-register it to you is you want to ever use MyAir.

Since I don't have resmed myair
We don't want to see the useless myair report anyway, we want to see screenshots from OSCAR, or Sleepyhead.

Yes waiting for the Sd card. My machine did not come with one. Should get in 1-2 days

The newer Airsense models do not come with SD cards. They have cellular modems which allow your DME or doctor to access your data. If you want an SD card they are available anywhere for about $10.
My machine came with a card. Did I not get a newer model!?
On the back of the machine, the serial number will start with 22 or 23. The next 2 numbers indicate the year of manufacture.
My next two digits are 18. Looks like mine is from 2018!

My machine was given to me with the SD card included. I got it Tuesday 05/07/2019

I registered to MyAir same day and have posted my results to FB for past 4 days.

I Still need to upgrade my Rescan from the one I was using with my S9 that I last used

at end of 2015.

I just saw that you can put an Oximeter on it and will check it out or maybe purchase an

CMI 66L Oximeter that is on sale now for $189.00.

palerider - why is MyAir data 'useless'? I'm new to this whole thing (just coming up on one month with CPAP) and I've been using the MyAir data and pretty much relying on it to let me know what's happening during sleep. It would be pretty disappointing to find out that this data isn't accurate. I've seen a lot of references to Sleepyhead and Oscar - are these reporting tools in some way better?

Thanks for any insight.

Myair tells you nothing that you can't get off the machine display, it tells you nothing at all about what to do to improve treatment.

Oscar is many orders of magnitude better, just look at the screenshots that are posted here daily.

Have you ever tried the Sleep Report on your machine...If set properly it will give you much more information than the MyAir. Go to your settings...scroll to find Essentials...check to make sure it is set to Plus.

I got my machine last year and I did not get an SD card & didn't know enough about it to ask for one. My doctor wanted me to use My Air which was written on my prescription to the DME, so IF my machine came with a SD card, the DME kept it for herself, and registered my new machine on My Air for me BEFORE I picked up my first set of equipment from them.

Mine was already registered with MyAir too. I was fortunate enough to catch him stealing the sd card and insisted my doctor wanted my to bring it in. I told him it didn’t matter that they did not need it. They asked for it.
