Stuart...I know you are watching this thread...please go over to SleepyinGV thread for his/her problem.
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=174512&p=1296409#p1296409
pages 6 and 7 mainly.
I am wondering if the ports are attached properly because it's not silent unless manual force is applied upwards...or if there is a problem in the neck where the little arms are and maybe in the area where Jason did his tiny taco thing.

Latest experiment was 30 minutes of awake breathing watching TV and never could get it leak free or noise free unless manual compression was applied.

So who can add the Bleep DreamPorts to the list of masks you can pick in the equipment profile?
Once cpap.com offers the Bleep DreamPort for sale then it will show up in the equipment list menu for your profile equipment.
All the choices in the equipment menu are tied to cpap.com inventory.
In the meantime just add it in the comments section like I have done in my comments.

Cpap.com will be offering it...Carolyn told me when I asked her directly if they were going to be stocking it.
I do not have a time line yet as to when that will happen...she didn't tell me that.

I've used the Bleep Dreamport for a week but it does not look like it's working for me and I don't know why. It is the first CPAP I've ever had and I've had dozens, that does not leak. Also, I do not suffer a dry mouth typically and my wife does not report me mouth breathing either. She has let me know in the past when that's a problem because it keeps her awake and she doesn't think that's an issue. To be safe, I tried taping and chin straps but that is even more annoying than any mask.
Here is last night's Sleepyhead data. My sleep feels very restless with me waking up and falling asleep all the time the CPAP is on and the data reflects that. Any thoughts?
Can you do me a big favor please and start a new thread devoted to your issues...in it I would like to see a typical night detailed results from when you used whatever mask you were using before you tried the Bleep.
I don't need or want all those graphs either...just these graphs
Events
Flow rate
Pressure
Leak
along with the usual stuff on the left side
But hide the calendar...and turn off the pie chart (Preferences/Appearance tab...remove check mark for show pie chart)...doing this will allow needed statistics to move up into view and you can get all we need on one screen shot.
See here for examples.
viewtopic/t158560/How-to-post-images-for-review.html

I don't think your problems are from the Bleep usage but to be sure lets devote a thread to your issues so it won't get lost in this review thread. There are some people who could maybe offer input to help you but they aren't watching this thread and they will totally miss your problems.

So start a new thread....post an image of another night when you used a different mask...and I will copy your post here over in that thread and we can take it from there.

I have some ideas....but those ideas need to be discussed separately...as I am not sure that the problem is totally the Bleep.
One thing I need you to do is learn how to zoom in on the flow rate and look for real vs asleep flagged events.
Watch all the videos here...with special attention to the last video about centrals.

I also have to push upward on the assembly to make it quiet

call cpap.com and tell 'em you want them to put it on the list on cpaptalk.com, and to carry the mask.

I am curious about finding a way to make the Bleep DreamPort more cost effective. It seems you could re-use the plastic part if the nasal ports if you could find a tape replacement. Could someone post a close up photo of the port with tape removed? And please measure what the diameter across is. Do you think I could take a roll of 3M Nexcare paper tape, use a hole punch on it, and place it on tge port instead of the original tape? That would sure bring the cost down. Thanks!

I don't see the paper tape sticking all night for one thing with the tossing and turning and moving around most people do....and the other thing is figuring out some way to attach the port to whatever tape you want to try to use. You would have to figure out some what to get 2 things to stick really well...the port to the tape and the tape to your nose and stay there.

And with cpap.com now stocking the Bleep/DreamPort it is now officially included as a choice in the equipment profile mask menu and I just made the change to my profile to reflect this mask.

Perhaps some of the users here should leave reviews on CPAP.com about the mask. That would encourage people who do not visit here.

I don't believe that a review can be left unless a person buys the product through cpap.com.
At least I can't find any way to do it on a product I haven't bought.

I have thought about this, and came up with a way to do it, but then decided that I didn't want to undermine Stuart - He had the brilliant idea, and stealing his idea and copying it by jury rigging a mcguyvered solution is what copyright law is there to prevent.

At least I paid for the originals before I tried to copy the idea. Buy yourself a box of ports and measure them yourself!

Sorry, I guess you're correct. I even tried logging in to their site and saw no way. :(

For anybody waiting for a sale, I just saw that cpap.com has a free shipping code for today, at least.
