In my experience, it's the Dreamwear FFM with *MUCH* better (and quieter) venting. Took a few nights of fiddling to get the straps adjusted - didn't realize the top strap was adjustable at first. I like it! As my 5th mask over a 6 month period, it has become "*The One*" for me!

As with any mask, what works for me may not work for you. But if you liked the Dreamwear FFM, there's a fair chance you just may like the F30 better.

Good luck!

I like it but the nose part takes a little getting used to. If it’s not tight enough it might leak a bit if you lay on your side. It’s easy to adjust though in 3 sections. So far it’s a good mask. Seems fragile though so don’t be rough with it cleaning it.

I liked it at first but I couldn't get it adjusted to stop the leaks. That bottom strap seemed to push on my jaw funny. I passed it along to someone else who said they really like it.

That's the main point. As I have quite a big head, i've adjusted the top strap as it's widest position -- that was wrong. It's crucial to adjust that strap first to get the right position of the mask right under your nose. One should not adjust the height with the the other straps. They are meant to adjust the angle of the mask as far as I can tell.

That little cute thing works very well for me.

Tried it for about three weeks but could not stop leaks blowing air into my eye. I gave up and returned it and went back to my F20.

I have it, its the only mask I have ever used, so I have no data to compare it to (only been on APAP a week) but I dig it. The nose part does take some adjustment each night, as I have a huge beard and mustache, so I have to work around those, but once I get it lined up, its quiet, doesnt leak, and I barely notice it is there.

The F30 works great for me, but it took a little time to learn how to adjust so it wouldn't leak too much. One thing that has really helped - the Padacheek anti-leak strap designed for the Resmed F20 also fits on the F30 because the connection between the masks and the hose is the same for both. Using the anti-leak strap has dramatically cut down on leaks and improved my AHI. With the anti-leak strap in place you don't need to tighten the other straps as much and it's very comfortable - hardly even feels like it's on sometimes!
